The Inclusive Improv exists to promote and facilitate sonic experimentation primarily through improvisation and performance practice. We seek to achieve this aim by;
* Promoting performances by experimental artists
* Arranging public improvisation performance opportunities
* Collabrative Software tool development
* Documenting ongoing activities and practice
The Inclusive Improv was established July 2007 and has promoted numerous experimental performance, curated monthly improv sessions and established the Week(end) of Speakers now in its third year. In April 2010 the Inclusive Improv was award a grant from the PRS for Music Foundation to continue its activities which had hitherto operated without finance.
